Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States. At present we ship within the United States only; we hope to extend our reach in time.

As each piece is made to order, kindly allow a little time for it to be made well. Orders are typically crafted and delivered within 8 to 10 business days of being placed. A tracking number will reach you the moment your order is on its way.

Please take care that your shipping address is complete and correct. A parcel sent to an incomplete address may be returned to us; should that happen, write to clients@thebraxtonco.com and we will arrange reshipment.
